Palo Santo, also known as "holy wood", is a mystical tree that grows in South America. It is commonly used to cleanse your energy space and your surroundings. Once the wood sticks are burned, the smoke is believe to clear negative energy and restore tranquility and calm.
White Sage is a sacred plant native to Southwestern United States and Northwestern Mexico. It is traditionally used for purification rituals, clearing negative energy and promoting spiritual cleansing. The smoke from White Sage removes negative energy and invites positive energy in.
The process of burning and cleansing is called Smudging. It is the act of the burning sacred herbs to purify the body and soul. It provides the whole body with a renewed sense of self and allows one to release their troubles.
