1. Focus on ONE major intention you have

3. Engage your senses when practicing visualisation 

When you are manifesting, an important step is definitely visualisation. Try to immerse all your 5 senses in your visualisation, as though you already have what you are asking for. For example you are manifesting a million dollars, what does your daily life look like? What kind of foods do you eat? What does the perfume you wear smell like? How do the clothes on your body feel? What are some sounds you hear in your everyday life? The more detailed you are and the more involved your senses are, the stronger your manifestation will be

4. Release any doubts and fear

Doubts and fear become obstacles in your manifestation which makes it harder for your manifestations to come through. Work to release these doubts through journaling or even cleansing rituals. You can do this by writing or saying whatever that worries you and asking the Universe to take it away.

5. Empowerment

Use the portal to empower yourself and release any past limitations that were holding you back. Write down any beliefs you're willing to let go of and burn, bury or safely discard the paper away. After doing so, take it that the Universe has handled it for you.
