- For membership spending accumulation, the system takes into account the total amount paid (excluding shipping fees).
- Each TLW Point earned can only be redeemed once.
- Upon usage, each TLW Point is considered spent and will be deducted from your points balance.
- TLW Points cannot be redeemed for cash, and it can only be earned though direct purchases from our online store & physical store.
- TLW Points will expire 360 days from the date of issue. Expired points will not be reinstated regardless of reason.
- TLW Points are not awarded for shipping/ postage costs. Accounts will be frozen or locked upon multiple fraudulent transactions.
- Membership Discount applies to all regular-priced TLW products only.
- Free shipping discount codes (for VVIP tier) are not stackable with other discount codes.
