Why Pulling Cards Won’t Save You (But Taking Action Might)

We all know that Tarot is a beautiful, powerful and magickal tool that allows you to glance into the inner world but it's NOT going to fix all your problems if you don't do anything to fix them.

You can get the best answers and all the clarity in the world but if you don't actually act on what you uncover, nothing happens

Everyone needs to remember that tarot does NOT give you answers. It's showing you possibilities. Often, these are things your higher self already knows and so it's its making you aware to them and highlighting blind spots you may have missed.

HOWEVER, you cannot treat tarot like a plaster to a wound that needs to be stitched. Why? Cos you'll stay stuck and in-place. Tarot is not meant to tell you that "everything is fine" while you ignore your intuition and run back to your red-flag of a situationship for the 14th time this week

We often hear people saying, "I asked xxx and the cards said xxx but can you help me ask again?" Girl (I mean real, me too). Why are you trying to control the cards??? You said you wanted to know but you keep asking till you get the answer you want. Just go ask your best friend who supports your delusion instead of spending money 😭 The cards already told you to let that man GO but you keep saying tomorrow and when tomorrow comes you just opt for another tarot reading instead

You need to take action after doing a tarot reading for the real magick to happen. Tarot helps you connect with your inner voice, bring your subconscious patterns into the light and offer spiritual strategy. So after a tarot reading, you need to sit with the message (no matter how uncomfortable), and take grounded (and courageous) steps toward change. Tarot is like a map but you still need to take the path to where X marks the spot

If you want a different future or even a breakthrough then make different choices and break your toxic patterns (yes that includes planning drunk texts to your ex BEFORE you even get drunk)

It's okay to get your tarot read, do your spells and finish your rituals but you need to take the hint and do the thing because no deck, no spell and no ritual (no matter how powerful) can change your life until you do
