May be burned at any time of the day. If you are more moon-sensitive, you may choose to burn 8pm-3am. To be burned in one setting if possible. You may choose to carve your name or a target’s name and date of birth where possible before coating with relevant ritual oils. How the candle is carved can be in any direction.
