All purchases are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

This includes tarot consultation sessions, all spellcast accessories, wishing boxes and books, deity/demon portals, ritual oils, charged candles, apothecary herbs, spirit bindings, divination tools and altar kits.

Our Advice by us is not intended to constitute medical advice and Our Advice should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind. Professional or specialist advice should always be sought before taking any action. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that Our Advice will meet your requirements.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please take a photo of the damages and email to hello@lovewitch.sg as soon as possible (within 7 days), we will then advise on the next course of action.

Subscription Terms & Conditions:

• All subscriptions are final
• The subscription will be ongoing until a cancellation request is sent
• Please note that the minimum no. of cycles is 3 cycles before you are able to cancel your subscription
• Any cancellation requests will incur a cancellation fee
• The cancellation fee amount will be calculated by multiplying the original price of the item by the remaining cycles/ duration of subscription.
• Example: You are on your 1st cycle of Fastest Luck Oil ($65) There are 2 remaining cycles. Hence, the cancellation fee is: $65 x 2 = $130.
• Requests to waive cancellation fees will not be entertained
