- For the first 30 days, you will need to allow the energy to blend into your energies. To do so, you can either:
- Wear the item close to your skin
- Carry the item with you in your pockets
- Place it under your pillow when you sleep.

- Be gentle and take care of your item well. This ensures you'll be able to receive blessings as long as possible and without disruption.
- Minimise contact with excessive amounts of water. Please remove your item before showering, exercising, washing your hands, swimming or any other activity that may get your item extremely wet.
- It is advised to recharge your item whenever you feel like the energy has weakened. To do this, you may use our recharging box (to rebalance the overall elements of the spell) and light a white candle (to rebalance water element from humidity) next to your item.

I have been very depressed and been waking up for no reasons every night and sometimes it is very hard for me to get back to sleep. This helped me stay asleep throughout the night right after i wore it. MAGICK INDEED. I am now a firm believer.
