I have been using this oil for more than 6 months, each time I set my intentions to achieve a fired up metabolism and lose my belly fat. It was initially effective at curbing my sweet tooth and unhealthy cravings. Coincidental or not, every time I get strong cravings for certain oily and carb-heavy food in the morning like char kway teow or chicken rice and set my mind to eat it during lunch that day, the stall just happens to not be opened or I completely lose appetite for it when I reach the kopitiam hahahah. At about the 3rd month mark, I started losing weight and broke my 3 years plateau weight of 51kg. I guess this suppressant oil directed me to the right slimming products that sped up the process!! So grateful for the TLW team, Bambi and the deities for creating this miracle oil.
I would only like to say that this really really works. I use the oil with the body method and I am more determined to hang onto my intermittant fasting durations. Nausea happens but for me its when i binge or im going to binge. Use this if you need a little boost in determination for your diet!
