I joined this company about a month ago, on February 18, and I work in the banking sector, handling customer calls. Some calls can be quite stressful, especially when I’m unable to answer certain questions or when customers get upset and scold me—it can sometimes affect my day.

On a lighter note, my colleagues have noticed my necklace, and I’ve received compliments from some of the female staff, which was a nice confidence boost! Initially, I thought my supervisor would be very strict, but she has been quite supportive. When she saw me helping a colleague while still learning, she praised me for my effort in trying to provide solutions to customers.

So far, I haven’t handled any scam calls, but I have dealt with fraudulent transaction cases for customers. Despite encountering some difficult customers, I’ve also spoken to many understanding ones, especially those disputing unauthorized transactions or trying to get a refund from merchants.

It’s only been less than a month, but I’ve already received tons of compliments from customers, which makes the job feel rewarding. I’ll continue learning and improving will update my review soon regarding this necklace
