Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Programme, you agree to comply with these terms. To be eligible for the Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Enrollment

To enroll in the Programme, you must complete the Affiliate Application on our website. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application in our sole discretion.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to promote our products and services in a manner that is ethical, transparent, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your affiliate account, including the content you create and share. You will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices to generate referrals. You must disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting our products or services. 

We do not endorse, rely or constitute upon the advice provided by our affiliates regarding our products and services. Our affiliates operate independently, and their views or recommendations do not necessarily reflect our official stance. We bear no responsibility for the guidance they offer.

You will earn a commission on qualified sales generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are paid each time the referred party makes a purchase with minimum spending of $100, subject to the products and services applicable for up to 10% commission. Commission is as follows - Wishing Books & Boxes at 10%, Moon Bundle Kits at 10%, Spelled Ritual Oils at 5%, Charged Candles at 5%, Spellcast Jewellery at 5%. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns for items purchased at its original price. Commission is not applicable for items on promotion or discount.  The minimum payout is $20 and will be made in 30 days to the PayPal you have registered under the programme.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice to the other party. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Programme if you violate any terms of this Agreement or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our brand.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

You agree to keep confidential any information provided to you by the Company that is not publicly available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore. By participating in our Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the Programme.
