Orders & Delivery
1. How long does shipping take?
You can expect your items to arrive between 5 to 7 business days for local addresses, and 2 to 3 weeks for international addresses. Our delivery partner collects all orders from our store every weekday (depending on volume of orders) except Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. We are not accountable for shipping issues from our third party delivery services. All deliveries come with tracking number from our delivery partner(s).
2. Can I make a purchase and self-collect in-store?
Yes. You can select the option at checkout.
3. Am I able to change my shipping mode?
Please note that we will not be able to combine orders or change your mode of shipment (e.g. from self-collection to shipping) due to system restrictions.
4. What are the terms and conditions for Subscribe and Save?
"Subscribe and Save" has to be active for a minimal of 3 months duration. Thereafter, should you wish to terminate your subscription, kindly inform us on your cancellation via email or WhatsApp.
5. What are the shipping charges?
For deliveries to Singapore:
- Free delivery for orders above $150
- $6.90 for orders below $150
For deliveries to Malaysia:
- Free delivery for orders above $150
- $9.90 for orders below $150
For deliveries outside of Singapore and Malaysia:
- Free delivery for orders above $200
- $25.00 for orders below $200
For self collection:
- Free self-collection in our store at The Love Witch
- Store location: 1 Rochor Canal Road, Sim Lim Square, #02-28
- Opening hours: Tuesday to Sundays, 11am - 8:30pm
- Please note that we will only keep your items up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase
- We’ll notify you via WhatsApp as soon as your order is ready for collection!
Spells & Services
1. How do I choose which spell is most suitable for my situation?
Before selecting a spell, we would advise you to email us at spell@lovewitch.sg to allow us to properly diagnose your situation. This way, you can be advised on the probability of success, as well as any other factors that may affect your spell.
Our readers will then recommend the best course of action for you, and you can make a more informed decision on what to buy.
2. How long will it take for a spell to be cast?
Spells take a minimum of 5 weeks to be cast successfully. We take great care in ensuring that your spells are cast at the right time, with the right energies to ensure minimal contamination and maximum chance of manifestation.
3. How long do I have to wait for the results of the spell?
This varies for everyone. It is important to note that your own human actions are a huge contributor to how good your results will be.
Be patient, and allow the magick to influence the energies in your situation. The more impatient you are, the higher the risk of you committing an action that may be detrimental to your own spell. In other words, don't self-sabo!
4. Are results guaranteed?
No. Everyday we make choices that can change the course of our life path. If you have a target in mind, do note that their own actions will affect the outcome of the spell too. Considering the many variables in place, we cannot guarantee that all spells will be successful for you.
